Strudel is a dessert that made of a pastry with, most often, sweet filling inside and we usually eat it with cream. Strudel became popular since 18th century through the Habsburg Empire. The oldest strudel recipe, which written by Wiener Stadtbibliothek in 1696. It called "Milk-Cream Strudel", the oldest and simplest strudel known in the world.
The best know strudel are Apple Strudel, with apple filling inside it, and Topfen Cheese, with sweet soft cheese filling inside it, then followed by the oldest strudel, the Milk-Cream Strudel. Other strudels are :

2. Sweet Cherry
3. Nut Filling
4. Apricot Strudel
5. Plum Strudel
6. Poppy-Seed Strudel
Not only sweet filling ones, strudel also have salty filling ones. With spinach, cabbage, pumpkin, sauerkraut, and meat as the fillings.
